Turn Around Time /Shipping

Most inventory orders ship within 3 business days. Items using customized fabrics or designs, personalized items and large orders will take longer. You will be notified of the TAT (Turn Around Time) for these items when you place your order.

Easter, Halloween and Christmas are the busiest time for embroidery shops, Our cutoff for Customized options for guaranteed Christmas Delivery is December 1st. Note: from December 2nd and December 10th, there is an upcharge to guarantee delivery before Christmas. message me directly for any holiday order needed by a specific date.

Refunds

Because of the personalized nature of embroidery, all sales are final. If you are unsure about placement, colors or wording of embroidery personalization, please message me with any questions before placing your order! Remember that embroidery lasts forever so let’s get it right. If you submit an order with a misspelling and we stitch exactly as you have requested, you are still responsible for payment for that item. We cannot remove the misspelled words and re-stitch. We stitch exactly as submitted.

Customer Supplied Items Disclaimer/ Orders/Pickups

While we do accept most customer supplied items for embroidery, we reserve the right to refuse any item. Typical items refused include:

  • Dirty and/or threadbare items

  • Irreplaceable heirloom items

  • Items which will not fit on the embroidery machine

Although it rarely happens, sometimes the embroidery machine eats an item; this is a risk to every embroiderer and every embroidery machine. 

We cannot be responsible for accidental damage to an item you provide - regardless of reason (i.e. embroidery machine mistakes,  color or embroidery placement errors, etc.).  If you supply an item for embroidery and that item is damaged in any way, we are not responsible for either the replacement of the item or any financial reimbursement for the item.  However, if damage or errors occur with items we have supplied, we will replace at no additional cost to you. Understand that you accept full risk when supplying your own items. 

If you supply a previously embroidered item for additional embroidery, be aware that the colors may not match 100% and/or the existing font may not be available.

All items for pickup must be paid for in advance unless it is an inventory item.
