These hooded towels are made in such a way that there are no exposed seams and the back side of the embroidery is covered by the lining of the hood so there is no roughness against the baby or child. The standard size towel usually is fine for an average sized child up to 6. For an older or larger child, you may wish to move up to the bath sheet.
